At Sunvanta, we aim to make delivery simple, reliable, and easy to understand. This page outlines how we handle order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.
1. Where We Ship
We currently deliver within Australia only.

Free shipping is available across mainland Australia

Orders to remote areas, regional postcodes, and offshore territories (including Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, and Norfolk Island) may be supported depending on the item and destination

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time

2. Order Processing
Orders are prepared promptly to ensure timely dispatch.

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details
Daily Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (AEST) on business days are generally processed the same day.

Orders submitted after this cut-off time will be handled on the following business day.

Please note that business days may vary by state due to local public holidays.
3. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely and on time.

Standard delivery (metro areas): typically 3–7 business days

Regional and rural areas may require additional transit time

Carriers include: Australia Post, StarTrack, and Aramex

For remote locations and offshore territories, delivery times and costs will be confirmed on an individual basis.
Please Note: Delivery estimates are indicative only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak periods such as Christmas and public holidays.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website or app.
If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of your order, please reach out to our support team and we'll look into it for you.
5. Updating Your Shipping Address
If you need to make changes to your delivery address:

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order

Changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched

Once your order is on its way, we may not be able to modify the delivery details
6. Undeliverable Orders
Orders may be returned to us if:

The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete

Delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the parcel is not collected

The package is refused by the recipient
In such cases, reshipping fees may apply. Original shipping costs (where applicable) may not be refundable. To avoid any delays, please double-check your address before completing your order.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive as expected:

Contact us within 72 hours of the expected or actual delivery date

Please include your order number and photos where applicable
Once we've reviewed your case, we'll arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:
